FAQ
What counts as a call?
Any JSON-RPC request that reaches the Conduit gateway, including tools/list, tools/call, resources/read, and prompts/get. SSE connection handshakes and health probes are not counted.
What happens when I hit my daily limit?
On paid plans, calls beyond your daily limit are billed as overage. On the Free plan, requests receive a 429 status code with a Retry-After header until the next day.
How are vendor queries different from platform calls?
Platform calls are for your own MCP servers deployed through Conduit. Vendor queries are for accessing governed MLS data through the gateway. They use separate billing plans.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, overage charges apply (paid plans) or requests are rate-limited (Free plan).
Do trust scans count toward my usage?
No. Trust scans are performed by the Conduit scanner and don't count against your daily call limit.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is the trial — it includes all core features. Upgrade when you need more capacity.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices from the billing page in the dashboard.
How does MLS revenue share work?
Vendor base subscriptions go entirely to Conduit. When vendors exceed their included query allowance, overage query fees are split between Conduit and the MLS. Revenue share is configurable per MLS (default 40%). See the MLS Revenue docs for details.
